Meditation is a great thing to be awaken and to have more consciousness, if it’s being used carefully it can cause positive things to a person, but the same will apply for negative things.

A person who is practicing meditation have to be fit enough to start meditating and access the infinite energy and consciousness.

1, Body fitness level must be pure according to his age & height (BMI)

( body exercise ) + ( eat healthy food )
2, Mind mental state & heart emotional level must be pure.
( positive thoughts ) + ( pure mental / heart without shame or gelt )
